Leanne has established FLP to become one of London's leading Musical Theatre agencies. After a career as a performer, Leanne decided helping others acheive was the path for her. Leanne strives on building a personal connection between casting directors and clients and takes pride in maintaining and nurturing those connections. 

As Managing Director/Senior Agent, Leanne is committed to helping each client grow, develop and establish long careers, while keeping the dialogue open within each clients personal lives.

Betsy trained at the London School of Musical Theatre. Prior to this she trained for three years at Millennium Performing Arts. Betsy has worked extensively in the musical theatre industry and originated the role of Emmiline Quinn in The Lighting Road which has it's premiere at the Actors' Church, Covent Garden.

Now, as an agent, Betsy is committed to building and helping shape the careers of FLP clients. With her keeping it real attitude, she takes pride in getting to know clients personally, and in understanding their goals, she helps them progress and succeed.
